Dark Chocolate Mint IsaDelight Cups

Serves 2-6                

10 minutes (plus 1-2 hours) prep time


  • 1 scoop Creamy Dutch Chocolate IsaLean® Shake     
  • 12 Dark Chocolate with Mint flavor IsaDelight® chocolates     
  • 1 tsp coconut oil     
  • 1 drop mint extract     
  • 1 pinch stevia 


    In a bowl, microwave IsaDelight chocolates and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Mix until melted and smooth, being careful not to overcook. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until combined. Pour mixture into a paper-lined muffin pan, filling the cups only about a quarter of the way. Move pan to the freezer to set and harden. Makes about 6 cups.

Simple, sweet, and delicious, these creamy ice cream sandwiches will satisfy any sweet tooth. Treat yourself to this nutritious dessert you can feel good about. 


  • 1 scoop Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean® Shake     
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced     
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (we used almond milk)     
  • 4 Slim Cakes® 


    For ice cream: Blend all ingredients except Slim Cakes together and freeze in sealed container for 1-2 hours. Once ice cream is ready, put 1 scoop between two Slim Cakes and enjoy!

Banana Peanut Butter Delights

What's more delightful than chocolate and banana? This treat combines the best of frozen bananas and IsaDelight® chocolates for a treat any time of day. 


  • 1 Banana     
  • Nut Butter to fill (we used peanut butter)     
  • 4 IsaDelight® chocolates (milk or dark) 


    Cut up banana into slices and fill with nut butter to taste. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. Melt 4 IsaDelights and roll frozen bananas in melted chocolate. Place bananas back in the freezer for another 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
